Our executive CV writing service is a premium product, designed for director/board level employees who are seeking senior opportunities in either an executive or non-executive capacity. The service is highly bespoke, one-to-one, and priced to reflect our personal service, the complexity of our senior client careers and the quality of our product.
Proven high achievers may have had no prior requirement for a CV or not have the time to put together such a document. Many of our clients find the process as valuable as the end product – there are rarely opportunities in busy professional careers to take stock and reflect on achievements with a third party, outside of interview situations. We take the lead in discussions and collect the information necessary to demonstrate each individual’s track record to best effect.
We would normally expect to have an initial discussion with a potential client about their situation and perceived requirements. Some clients will have a CV already which may help inform the discussion but our approach is to take the basic career structure and start afresh. On occasions we see a CV that is perfectly sound, or needs only minor amendments and we tell clients if that is the case. We are proud of the integrity of our service. Once a client has decided to go ahead with the service, the process starts with a detailed discussion with clients which is either conducted over the telephone or at a one-to-one meeting. During this discussion, we ensure that we have all relevant information, including career history, achievements, future aspirations and current circumstances. The service is highly personal and we will spend as long as necessary with each individual to produce a CV that will be as effective as possible.
From this initial discussion we will prepare a draft CV and usually send this to clients via email for review. We aim to understand and convey each client’s professional ‘offer’ effectively at this point, however we spend as long as required finessing the draft CV until we reach a point where we and the client feel it best represents them to their target audience.
Our CVs are laid out in a range of contemporary styles designed to present content in the best format, emphasising information and data in a clear and appropriate manner. We evaluate candidate skills and achievements, presenting them in the best possible light to future employers or other interested parties.

With our executive service, future minor updates (for example to add a candidate’s most recent job gained a year or so after we wrote their new CV) are often included in the price.
