Including a professionally written “house style” CV or biography (or both) for each of the principal players in your bid proposal will enhance your proposition and may be a requirement of the process. In our experience, another positive outcome of working on the CV is that the individual always achieves greater fluency and confidence when talking about their value to the organisation and to the shareholders. Their CV will support that by evidencing their achievements to date thereby demonstrating their ability to meet future challenges, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Briefing from Bid Manager about the background, culture of the two organisations together with overview of future strategy and challenges.

  • One-to-one meeting or telephone call with each of the principal players to capture prime areas of expertise, key achievements and career chronology.

  • CV House Consultant writes CV to fully reflect individual’s value in the context of the bid and future strategy.

  • Individual will review and amend if necessary so that CV House consultant can produce final documentation.

  • We can tailor our product to reflect the demands of the RFP or we can make recommendations based on what we learn about the target company and their needs – sometimes thorough 2 page CVs will be right; other times slick 1 page CV summaries supported by biographies will be better
